"We have wanted to check this place out and finally succeeded, but I may have worked myself into expecting too much of it. We stopped in with the kids for an early dinner/late lunch and jumped right in. My wife had the fried fish sandwich, which was beautiful and the fish was fried just right. Not sure the bun did too much to add to it when you have two giant planks of fish stacked on each other, but I have to say again that the fish was gorgeous. Kids tried poke bowls and enjoyed them, although my oldest over-peppered herself in trying the Korean spicy tuna bowl and I had to help out. I had the Father's Day special of grilled shrimp, a hangar steak, and fried squash blossoms stuffed with spicy cheese. Steak was good, veggies were perfect (which is a big compliment as I am not the biggest fan), shrimp was good but I had maybe an underdone shrimp or it was a bit mushy. Squash blossoms were the big star as they were like a tender mix of a jalapeno popper and a cream puff. Price was expensive, but the quality was good, although maybe not quite as high a quality as the price. I was glad we got to try it and I think I need to try again to find the specialty meals that make this place really shine."
