"My girlfriend and I chose this place for our first anniversary. She's a big sushi fan and I'm not, so the ability to have some other choices on the menu really helped. We both enjoyed our meals I had bibimbap and the food was excellent. I thought the prices were fair and she said that the sushi was good despite some other reviews. Though she said, I like supermarket sushi too so if you're a sushi snob, take that for what it's worth.I thought the ambiance was nice and we were the only table for the beginning of our meal. Some of the service seemed a little scattered. The person who served us eventually rotated off and then we didn't get our check for quite some time, but we weren't in a rush so that didn't matter. I did feel a little lost in the menu I had never really had Korean food outside of Korean BBQ stands so some experience or research beforehand might be good. Still, I thought that everything tasted great and I was very pleased with the experience. I plan to return"

"Very authentic Korean restaurant, Korean jiggae was amazing! In my eyes, perfect spice level, had a food kick. Was happy to see the beers were very reasonably priced, had the large size Cas beer for $9 (640 ml, more than a pint). Would be very interesting if the restaurant tried some modern trends with pre-mixed soju cocktails and Maybe modernized a bit with tv's playing Kpop. Definitely coming back when I want to feel like I'm in Seoul!"

"I LOVED my upbringing in Duluth but never in my life would I have thought you could get this level of Asian food in my hometown! Mr. Shim (former owner of Happy Sumo and one of my dad’s closest friends) sold Happy Sumo last year and recently started working at Oystra because he just didn’t want to sit at home…he told us he really enjoys just making sushi and slicing sashimi without the stress of owning a restaurant…it makes me happy to see him happy…no picture of dad because we sat at the sushi bar and before I could figure out the best way to get a picture of him the food just started coming out! All my Duluth, NE Atlanta peeps, if you want sushi, this is up there with Sushi Mito in my humble opinion…"

"Our dinner was extraordinary! The restaurant is located on Vogel Plaza, at Craterian Theatre, was easy to find. Service was prompt and server polite. But the food... it was the best Asian Pacific Church we had in the Medford region. Not only the food delicious, the portions were huge! My husband had the Teriyaki salmon, perfectly cooked, moist, thick cuts and I had a Teriyaki Chicken Bento Box, with grilled chicken, cut into strips, delicate and full of taste. The pages were perfect. We both loved the rice (not the usual white rice), and especially the tempera, which is slightly coated, crispy and boiled al dente. The Gyoza (cold stickers) were also delicious! We will definitely return to this place!"

"was there 5 years ago and couldn't wait to return again. the food wasn't the same. ordered ahi tuna steak- it was cooked well done. not what I would have imagined. service was not great either. had waitress try to take my glass of wine while some wine was still in it. when I pay 20 for a glass of wine, I want to drink the entire glass. same thing with my remaining tuna steak, my husband wanted to eat it and the waitress tried to clear it away. very disappointed ... especially for the money."

"This is my friends and I first time trying kimbop since we don’t have it where we are from, and it was so good! The restaurant was clean and it looked very nice inside as well as the food portions were huge and at a reasonable price. We got the tuna Kimchi bap, the spicy pork bap and the bulgogi bop. My favorite was the tuna kimchi bop but all of them were very good. Overall great place and atmosphere and I can’t wait to go back!"

"I love this place so much. First time I went, I went back 3 days that week. I go back frequently. It's a wonderful atmosphere. Intimate and laid back. As long as they are open, they will have me as a customer. The owner is amazing, the food is always made to order and fresh. The sauce bar is also a lot of fun. You wont regret trying it. So much variety and everything I have tried has been delicious."

"The food at this restaurant is incredible, especially the Apple soju which was delicious. The portion sizes are generous - we ordered a combo for two and it was more than enough. We also tried the cheesy rice, which was definitely worth it. Among the meat options in our combo, the bulgogi was my favorite. It was packed with flavor. Be sure to make reservations in advance as getting in without them can be challenging."

"This place is amazing! It's definitely my favorite AYCE Kbbq place I've been to so far. I went on a Wednesday evening and they were not too busy. My party and I were seated right away. They do have a waitlist on Yelp so you can reserve a place in line when they are busy. The restaurant is not super big, but it is nice inside. Their AYCE menu is 30$ per person. The meats here tasted amazing!! Seriously this is the first Kbbq around the area that has amazing quality meat. My party tried the spicy chicken, marinated chicken, galbi, bulgogi, brisket and shrimp. The chicken here tasted amazing! I usually find chicken at Kbbq restaurants dry and not flavorful. But at Meat project the chicken was so good!! The galbi and bulgogi were my favorite for sure. I can't stress enough how good their meat was. The quality and flavor was amazing. The shrimp was not super great, but everything else was delicious. Their sauces tasted delicious too with the meat. They have side dishes as well. We only tried the potato salad, kimchi, rice, bean sprouts and some type of coleslaw. Everything tasted great. Since it wasn't so busy the service was good as well. I highly recommend trying this place out! I can't wait to be back"
