"From my experience, all I can say is that service is definitely really slow. Sat to eat around 10:45pm, was ready to order but the server kept going past my group, so we waited for another ~10 minutes. After ordering our food, we waited for our food for an hour, if not more. When it came to eating the food itself, the quality of the food was very poor. Burger was dry to no seasoning to small/dry piece of steak more problems that occur. One of our order was also forgotten and we had to remind the server to check for the last order. In the end, the order of that last food was forgotten and not made, which then we had to wait a while longer. The other thing that wasn't provided was utensils when we got the food condiments. How I see it, when you can't make food right, that means the cookers were lazy and inexperienced. In my own opinion, me and my group of people can do better in making the food we ordered would be faster than the food we ordered. In general, the server was definitely friendly but when it comes to the speed of service and quality of food, that was the huge part of stars that was knocked off."
