"my man and I are great fans of vittorio, and his passion for farm to table dishes. we have gedimated several times at bistro 5, so enthusiastic about hearing about his latest adventurous with a tavola. eating continues to be the same passion as we are used, but the service is less than desirable! our first dinner was the Valentine's Day 2012, and service was ok. our waitress was personal when we saw her, but no attention. we ordered a karaffe wein that was dirty and was replaced without question. later, however, a waiter who cleared the objects from the Mutiple tables took my gatten glass wein, provided it was finished. our second visit was for Sunday brunch, about a month later and service was terrible! hostess was absent but we were greeted by a waiter who welcomed us and set us. we waited about 10 minutes before someone recognized us while the same waitress waited for two tables, including the one right next to us before we even come to us to say hi. After we had made our waitress aware, she asked us about our drinks order and suggested that we know what we wanted, that she would now like to take our order to wait further. great idea, but it worked against her. we got our meals, but our drinks had to arrive. we were told by another waitress that one of the drinks we ordered to be fought, but none of the other drinks came out until that was done. As soon as we all had drinks, we never saw our waitress again. not to mention the outside of the coffee cup was stained with dried coffee and had pieces in the inner. later we had to fly a waitress to get the ****. eating is great, but the customer service needs some attention!"

"This place is a hidden gem. That being said, the service and knowledge from the staff in regards to the resort is terrible. Most of the staff is young and just worried about fraternizing amongst themselves. Some of the life guards and staff from the game room were great and the room service people were very friendly and nice. I gave the 5 star rating because a place EXCEEDED my expectations. The entire resort overall was clean, all of the attractions were open and functioning; minus a few arcade games. The food, although super overpriced was good. We ended up using doordash for the remainder of our stay. The crowd of people was very diverse and everyone was getting along just fine and was respectful of those around them. I will definitely be bring my kids back to this place as they had an amazing time and didn't complain about anything, as a parent that is a win for me and The Kartrite has earned a future repeat customer...Rooms: We stayed in a basic double bed room with the pullout couch and slider to the outside; we were on ground level so it led right outside to walking trails. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. That being said I will try the upgraded kids suite next time.Safety: They have rules and you have to follow them, there is enough staff around to make sure everyone does. For the time I was there with my 2 kids (boys 10 and 12) I would give the resort an A rating for safety.Food drinks: Food was good but, overpriced. Also, if you intend to eat at the resort I 110% recommend making reservations or you will wait as they have limited seating and people are there on vacation so no rush to leave the tables or rush through dinner.Noteworthy details: Just a tip I learned after day 1, if you don't have a cabana make sure you get there early enough to claim a table and chairs with your towels and drinks/foods. It will make the day at the waterpark that much better if you have a table and chairs set for your group."
