"Maybe it was an off Monday, but from the 10 daily specials, 4 were not available (suppliers late, etc). no toro, no oysters, no crabs etc. what was available was excellent and the chef manager was very willing to find suitable substitutions. loved the black bell skewers, the hamachi up with uni, and the ebbi with uni. comes back at another night and sees how they do with their supply chain."
