"We ordered our usual dishes, which we get twice a week, but both had meat in them (which we do not eat). We tried calling the restaurant but there was no answer, so we assumed they were closed. We ended up throwing the food away and went hungry for the night after a long 16-hour day. The next day, we called to ask for a refund but were told they would not refund us without returning the product. We explained that we had already thrown the food away as it was garbage day. We also noticed that we had paid more than usual, thinking it was a price increase, but it turned out the higher price was due to the meat. We were disappointed that we paid more for food we couldn't even eat and then were told to bring it back. We have been loyal customers for over 7 years, ordering the same thing for the past 5 years, but after this experience, we have decided not to give them our business anymore. It's disappointing that businesses do not stand behind their products like they used to."

"a good representation of Thai cuisine, although there is a little inconvenience at spicy level from week to week. the Thai fried rice and pad thai are very good, but the pad prik (pepper, wobbles and brown sauce) and pad sea ewe?(thick noodles with sweet brown sauce) are the favorites of our family to order. sometimes the medium plus is more like a hot one, and other paints the hot spicy mirror is more like a mild plus, as its like driving into michigan in a convertible in March...unpredictable the Troy location is somewhat more consistent, but I have no way to give 4 and 1/2 stars."

"Look, I don't normally leave reviews this low, but I will never go back to this Thai restaurant again. The problem I have is, they don't throw away leftover food like they should. You could find yourself eating someone else's leftovers.How do I know? It all started with a small basket of fish chips. I ate two, and they tasted perfectly fine, but the next one was as hard as a rock. If they're throwing away the fish chips like they should be, then all the fish chips that I was eating should have tasted fresh. Some were stale, fresh, and others were as hard as rock. Now, if they're not throwing away fish chips like they should, what makes you think that their food is actually fresh? I literally felt like I was eating other people's leftovers.Disgusting...I will never return."

"The curry puffs were alright, but at $7 for only 2, they were a bit overpriced. The pad thai had a sour taste to it, and the dinner portion I ordered was disappointingly small. I can't imagine how small the lunch portion must be for $18. Overall, not worth the price. I would recommend trying Sukhothai Oak Park for the best Thai food in Michigan."
