"i got the short rib burrito. the short rib was marinated very well, its flavor and texture shined through all the other flavors of the burrito. the only thing I would say is missing is that the burrito doesn't have the signature cabbage kimchi I was hoping for in the burrito, it had (what I think was) the marinate daikon. still good, but a sweeter flavor profile than the salty-sour flavor I was expecting."
