"Hiroki doesn’t just make food, he writes stories with his food. The May Omakase was just outstanding. I can list an itemized sequence of the food we ate but that’s almost beyond the point. It was an enchanting narrative from start to finish- embracing locavore sourcing, Shojin Ryori practices and truly inventive global cuisine (Pistachio Miso!? all in a setting that felt like a friends home at the bar seating. Special shout out to the entire staff who help create an incredible atmosphere. Grateful to dine here and I hope you do too."
