"I don't know what happened this time. It wasn't even all that busy on a Thursday evening after Christmas. I was a single diner. This was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, as the restaurant was highly short staffed. I was ignored for quite a long while until I finally spoke up for myself. I contemplated walking out, but stayed. I watched a couple walk out, as they were very irritated after waiting for such a long time and no one had come to even acknowledge them, which had also happened to me as well. I had to send part of my order, (egg rolls), back for being a bit overcooked and a little on the burnt side, and then when I finally received it again, my chicken fried rice was cold, so I had to also send it back as well. Irritating at best. The timing was certainly off this day. The chef was helping to serve in the dining room. The chef walked past me multiple times before ever saying anything to me, but catered to the group directly right behind me. It was an absolute mess! Usually I am so very pleased with Autumn Court, but this visit was a huge disappointment. My server Patrick however, was the silver lining, as he tried to compensate as best he could. No one even offered a kind gesture after me having such a bad experience with my meal. It seemed the owner was irritated with me for complaining about the overcooked egg rolls and sending them back, and was not nice when he had to bring me a new order. I don't know if I will ever be back again, or any of my friends that I had previously told about this establishment. Unfortunate. It is rare that I leave a review such as this, as I dine out across the valley regularly."
