"We had a reservation but still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. The waiter was slow and forgot to bring us our soup and salad. The chef had to fetch the sauces because the waiter neglected to bring them. The quality of the food has declined and considering the high prices, the service should have been much better. We have always enjoyed dining at Benihana, but this experience may have been our last. We paid premium prices for a mediocre experience typically found in a shopping mall restaurant, not a fancy upscale one."
