"You all know me, but today, on 10/30/22, was one of the worst experiences I've had here. I usually have nothing bad to say because I love this place, but today was different. They didn't even clear our plates or bother to refill our drinks, even though we were sitting right next to them. I was very disappointed and even felt like I had to refill my drinks myself. It was honestly quite annoying. When I asked the young lady to refill my drink, she completely ignored me. It would have been better if she had at least let me know she was busy or something, instead of walking away without saying anything, which I found to be very rude."
