"Black bamboo is AWESOME!!! Food is the best and great customer service ALWAYS. Fried rice is great, chicken lo mein is incredible. Chicken with broccoli is also very well done. They are very well known in West Hartford and they are always busy! Definitely a must try"

"The Gen Taos Chicken was excessively breaded, lacked any spicy flavor, and had a mushy texture. It was also overcooked and a brown color instead of the usual reddish-brown. I won't be ordering from here again."
