"I really like their food. Been eating here for years, but customer service lacks much! I've watched the little boy grow up and he is always kind, but the mother is not nice at all and extremely cheap. I called in an order at 11:30 and asked for a lunch combo. When I got there, they had prepared a regular combo which is several dollars more per combo. First of all, most people that call in at lunch time want a LUNCH combo. Secondly, when I told her I wanted the lunch combo, she started to literally take the food back out of the bag and to give me a smaller portion because she said it was more food. First of all, I had already paid and didn't want to wait for her to do all of that. Secondly, who actually takes back food? What are you going to do with it? I certainly hope not give it to someone else? Previously, she tried to charge me .75 for a container of red sauce. ??? I probably will still eat here from time to time because the food is pretty good, but I just don't care for their customer service and don't care to patronize places that don't appreciate their customers, especially regular ones."
