"You get a 1 because the person that you have answering the phones needs to be trained. I wish I would have recorded the call. How hard is it to say, what would you like, or thank you or anything. It was like a robot that didn’t respond he just took orders. Do better. Owner followed up promptly and I believe him. Food was great, but it did take 45 minutes which they said when ordering, just a heads up."
