"We had my daughter's wedding there. It was a good experience up until I called on September 9th at 430am to discuss some extra changes on my credit card. The lady who answered my call, and refused to give out her name , was beyond rude. She certainly didn't belong there. Combative and unprofessional attitude. I am still waiting for the hotel manager to reach out to me to fix the extra charges!"
