"My husband tried to pick us up a couple of burritos. He ordered two of the same thing straight from the menu. He drove home about 10 miles away, and we discovered that they had put shrimp in our burritos rather than chicken. We called in to receive a refund, and we were told that we had to drive back to the store to receive the refund even though we used ApplePay for the purchase. So my husband drove back down, burritos in hand, and was treated rudely and not offered anything in compensation, such as perhaps the correct order… I then called in again to request that they give us our order, and I was hung up on. Yikes! It’s a bit overpriced for what it is from the start, and you can’t count on getting what you ordered or being offered any sort of decent customer service."
