"A few years ago, I visited this restaurant and was impressed by its beauty and excellent service. The food was delicious and I had been eager to return, but I lived too far away. Finally, over the weekend, my husband and I were in the area and I decided to take him there. However, upon walking in, I noticed that the restaurant looked a bit rundown. The salsa tasted like it came from a jar and the food was not good at all; neither my husband nor I could finish our meals. When I mentioned this to the waitress, she seemed indifferent and the service was terrible - she was too preoccupied chatting with her colleagues. The women's restroom was dirty, and one of the toilets had a broken seat and lid. When I inquired about seeing a manager, another waitress informed me there wasn't one present. Her tone and attitude were very rude. I will not be returning to this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone."
