"Wasaay too expensive for what you get.The food was good, but not amazing. Just ok. Dinner for 2 no alcohol, no appetizer, no dessert was 167$. Oh yeah, they automatically included a 20% gratuity and a 4$ service fee."

"This place is our new go-to for the amazing oil-free options. We feel phenomenal after eating the Mango tacos (no crema , the papaya roll, and the avocado cream cheese roll. They also have some bomb grab n go items like raw jalepeno poppers (so addicting! cult cheeze, flax crackers and kale chips. The best shake is the Cosmic Caravan! "May I begin my by saying I have waited a long while to finally dine at Matiz. And may I start off by saying that the food is hands down delish. My husband& I started the evening w/fried plátanos w/double chicken& guacamole w/a side of their signature hot sauce “aka” pique. As we waited for our apps we moved on to 2 Mezcalitas. "Just ate here yesterday. This is my third time at 44 Canteen and each time my experience has been worse. The Korean steak tacos were not edible. The chicken tostada was just okay. We will not be back. Seems like what was once a cute and unique restaurant has gone way downhill."

"that was my first time here and I loved it. I started with the streetmais and it was delicious. then I had the burger and pommes and it was so good. the whole meal was just wonderful. the server was very attentive. the ambiente is beautiful and I sat outside, it was a bit cold, but I enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend."
