"Rose Thorn is a casual restaurant with plenty of TVs and a range of Latin food options. We were in a light seafood mood, so we had two tasty dishes in the Coconut Ginger Cevice (it needed more a few more tostones to finish it) sharing plate and then shared the Carribean Curry Chicken. We'll definitely be back to try some other menu items, including the Mofongo and the Sancocho, or some of their stuffed Arepas if we're not too hungry."

"Delicious food in a small, charming setting in Downtown Decatur. The noise level was a little loud, but what would you expect on New Year's Eve? Our waiter was very attentive, but could use just a little polish (he might have been a little new to the restaurant industry). Overall, we had a really nice meal and they have extremely reasonable prices. We will definitely be back for the food so tasty! YUM!"

"After seeing this was featured on local food show, my wife and I decided to give a try. The chips and salsa were very good and the service is impeccable. I got the steak fajita which were excellent and my wife got the burrito which was also very good!The Margarita I ordered was awfully pricey $13) for its moderate size. There is also a corkage fee for BYO wine. We liked thefood a lot, the ambiance could use some improvement as the kitchen and ceiling are a bit of an eye sore. I'd recommend for takeout for sure!"
