"we had a reservation for dinner for four people and were not up to 35 minutes after our reservation. the host lets us know that the delay is due to the fact that the people remain at their desks after they paid their bill. I completely understand that this is something outside the control of the restaurant and the restaurant brings into a hard place, but it is also an inconvenience for the people who had a reservation. I feel that the restaurant should have covered the cost of our drinks, something taken out of the register card, etc. to confirm this and to undertake an attempt to improve our experience, but there was no such offer that is regrettable, as it leaves us with less a great opinion of the restaurant, especially as it was our first time there."
