"I have been eating at Pannini for years at all their locations. What I like about them is the consistency of food taste and quality, all these years regardless of the location. The service is always pretty good. The Ambiance is consistent and clean and nice for every day restaurant. This place serves everyday quality for you can eat a few times a week. I only wish they had a location closer to me so could eat here more frequently. They have one of the best kebabs have had from day one and it has been consistently the same. If you like home made food and are looking for an alternative for those days that you just don’t like to cook this is the place for you. Best of all very reasonably priced for what they serve you. Rating Based on my opinion and taste. 5 for Food 4 for Service 4 for Ambiance 5 for Value"

"I would give this establishment a -10 along with hundreds of other people on Mother’s Day. We ordered dinner for our family 50 hours in advance and were told our pick up time would be 4:30 PM maybe 5 PM upon arrival at 4:30 PM on Mother’s Day we were told that they were running three hours behind And our food would not be available until 7 PM which is unacceptableThree hours behind and for us to wait at the restaurant along with hundreds of other people to pick up our foodI am the owner of a largeCompany that relies on residential and commercial customers to keep my business. Alive, Allison and her management team should be terminated immediately along with anyone else involved with scheduling online orders through Google for Mother’s Day.Not only did it cause a lot of undue stress for many families by over scheduling and over booking food to be picked up at this restaurantThe line to get a refund was one hour long because there were so many people looking for refunds at this timeThis was a complete disaster of miss management at its bestI have ordered from this restaurant several times in the past for normal occasions, but I will no longer trust the management or upper management of this company for any special occasions for my company or my familyI normally do not leave negative reviews for anyone, but this was unacceptable for not just myself for hundreds of other people who are left in the same position that my family was left inThank you!"

"Great service and really good food. We were here for the first time for a team dinner and had a significant party of about 10 people. The server was patient and really cool to help us and to record with everything we asked. I didn’t know how the restaurant was actually set up, although in the past when I was going through, I thought it was like Daphne’s or Luna Grill. I didn't know it was a restaurant. I just wish they had a larger selection of alcoholic beverage options, it was only wine and beer, but it is still good and I would consider it to be going back."

"I crave this place 24/7! The meat is so juicy and cooked to perfection. I also love the garbanzo hummus! The only thing I would change is allowing people to add special instructions. For example, I have a food sensitivity to pita bread so I would love if they allowed me to type in to please not include this in my order."
