"Azumi is an Japanese fusion restaurant with a nice view of the water. Some issues started during ordering. Initially they weren’t able to accommodate a pescatarian for the omakase option. They were able to make adjustments on the fly, but at this price point (comparable to Michelin star restaurants) in a sushi restaurant the initial lack of variability seems a bit silly. The omakase was generally good, but had a few misses. At this price point that’s pretty rough. Dishes were also rarely explained, which would have been a good touch. As far as dishes go: Yellowtail jalapeno was oversauced. Crispy rice tuna was great in texture and taste. Tempura crab was also excellent. Wagyu gyoza was good too. The california roll was good (and uses real crab, to be clear). Sashimi and nigiri were good but not particularly standout. Wagyu beef was fantastic. The pescatarian received miso black cod, which was also delicious and perfectly cooked. The Spicy lobster miso soup was unfortunately too salty for most of the table’s taste. Dessert was a great way to end the meal though. The coconut almond chocolate bar and strawberry tofu cheesecake were all incredible. Service was generally good, with regular checkins and water always being topped off. Overall, a good experience, but probably just go for the fried appetizers, the wagyu, and the desserts. The tasting menu didn’t quite feel worth it, and the sushi didn’t stand out for the price."

"We grabbed lunch here and the food was SO good! The portions were generous and the service was excellent. We were very pleased with the whole experience. They were out of horseradish sauce and offered a homemade spicy sauce instead and that was very very delicious. We got the pork shank and goulash with potato pancakes and it was melt in your mouth good. The pork shank meat came right off the bones and was so tender. The mashed potato that came with was also very good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to all and can't wait to go back to try other food on the menu!"

"the place was not very full for Sunday brunch and there were many waiters and other employees. However, the service was slow and not thorough. I got my appetizers, but my partner didn't make it into the kitchen and not his coffee order for an americano. then the escaped one came very late after one of us finished our drinks and water and my came with salat not fries as I ordered. we had to go to another place later, so that my partner could become full, as his appetizer never came."

"This is my first time writing a review for any service. I want to take the time to say this place is horrible because of the owner nitin. This used to be our go to restaurant up until a year ago on our anniversary June 15th. We even had our baby shower party at this restaurant. Last year we ordered takeout food for our anniversary dinner and they forgot about our order and when my dad got there our food was not ready. My dad waited for 38 mins and they sent us home with uncooked paneer and all dishes were made in a hurry so was missing masalas and did not taste as usual. When we called nitin he was so rude and did not even care to make it up to us instead he spent 45 mins arguing with us calling us liars and said that his chefs never make a mistake. Customer service is really bad and nitin is extremely unprofessional and money hungry. He does not care if you are a loyal customer or a new customer he is not looking to make his customers happy. Since last year we have been ordering from samudrha and moghul express twice a week and have been especially impressed with samudhra's excellent service. Both samudhra and moghul express have excellent food as well and they are close to spice rack."

"So I made a reservation for 2 on Wednesday 1/10 for a first date. I even called to confirm that 8:30 wouldn’t be too busy so we could talk and not have to yell. When I arrive to the restaurant...it was complete closed. All the lights were off and the door was locked. There was no signage saying that they were going to be closed early. It was incredibly embarrassing showing up for a first date and the restaurant was closed. We found somewhere else to eat but would’ve at least expected a call or an email saying they would be closed...sadly won’t be going back."

"So enjoyed your restaurant yesterday! The first time I visited your restaurant, it was for breakfast and it was delish! So I was back for lunch. My friend and I started our Cinco de Mayo afternoon with your mimosas. Then I ordered your Seared Ahi sandwich with a cup of your chicken, veggie and rice soup. "The only reason we decided to try this place is because we were staying in a nearby hotel (Ramada) and we were too tired to go far for dinner. We walked across at around 6.30 pm. The place was completely empty and we were the only guests in the restaurant. I did see many delivery persons cone inside to pick food. We ordered Vegetable Samosas, chicken 65, Tandoori chicken and some Indian bread (Naan). The food was okay. I feel they have adapted the food for the local palette (meaning the food is not spicy as you would get in an authentic Indian restaurant). That was okay with me because I don't like spicy food. The place is located on a street that can easily be mistaken for a street in Mumbai. Indian shops and restaurants are dotted on the street on both sides. Overall, I recommend the restaurant if you want Indian food that is not too spicy."
