"I 've never ate Indian food before and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! I consider myself a foodie and my palate was pleased with the amount of flavor in every bite of food I ate. I was a clean platter for sure!I can 't remember the names of the dishes, but the meat in our dishes, CHEF 'S KISS cooked to perfection. I had chicken in my dish, my son had lamb and our friend had goat. I had a taste of all 3 and they were all divine in their own unique smell and taste!The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting, service wasn 't bad but wasn 't anything above and beyond to win me over to say it was great. It was your basic food industry service. We will be back for sure though"

"We placed an order for pani puri, samosas, chicken tikka appetizer and tandoori chicken wings and I can’t begin to describe the disappointment I felt after eating the food from here. For starters, they provided an itty bitty ramekin of pani for the pani puri which was barely enough for one puri, this left me baffled because the main component of pani puri is the pani so that was a $9 ripoff right there, the rest of the food was cold and stale, poorly packaged curry that spilt over the rest of the food which left the rotis useless since we had nothing to eat it with. When I called the restaurant to complain the man on the phone went off on me for being upset, was extremely rude and went on a 2 minute tangent and argued with me for being upset over wasting $30 dollars on rip off pani puri, an appetizer that was spilt all over the bag and stale wings and samosas. SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT DINE IN HERE."

"We have eaten here a half dozen times and always enjoyed it. I see the one star reviews here and just don 't agree perhaps the restaurant has undergone changes recently. We recently brought four friends with us and they all enjoyed it as well so we aren 't crazy! As others have said this is a proper sit down restaurant. Not sure where the 'street food ' aspect comes in I will admit I can 't speak to the authenticity of the food, but we regularly eat Indian and we think it 's good. Only thing we were unhappy with was the Aloo Paneer which was very bland. Portions can vary but overall decent value. Service can be tricky too. Have had the same waiter be very inattentive and slow one day, and then a pleasure the next time we were there."

"This place has great service with a smile. The food came out quick. If you are looking for some authentic nice Indian food than This is the place to be. You will have a nice rice pudding after to wash down the tiki masala. It is a must try if you are traveling to the Griffith observatory. After a nice walk this place is 8 mins away. "This place should close. Worst meal I've had in decades. Had onion bahji battered oily mess fried in oil that was too cold. Gobi Manchuria what is this dish, battered cauliflower poorly fried covered in fake sweet and sour that is way too salty, disgusting. Kerman Nan garbage served in oil soaked undercooked dough with holes in it, no one should serve this. Fish kuorma and chicken jalfrezi cooked in the same bad sauce with little variation. Even the server couldn't tell the difference and called one vegtables? Pickles literally the ones you buy in bulk at food max. Can of sprite, unopened and dropped on table for three dollars. You couldn't pour it? Creepy guy in hat stalking tables seems like a clueless owner? Two young servers both kind and trying. Protein quality was decent, but ruined by preparation. I wasted my time and money. You shouldn't. Literally go anywhere else."

"The food was good, although our naan bread was not hot. The meat combo was enough for two people. I ordered delivery and it took an extra 30 min from the time they said it would arrive, we live 6 min away from the restaurant. Im sure they forgot about our order when I called at the time the delivery was supposed to arrive... then he said oh the driver is leaving now... right. I tried to call the restaurant regarding this issue and the lady basically blew me off, starting she would call me back, I've yet to hear from them. Terrible customer service!"

"I don't like writing negative reviews, but my experience at this restaurant on my birthday, October 18, 2022, was very disappointing. We didn't receive our dinner until around 8:30, even though we had a reservation for 7:15, and we didn't get our drinks until after our entrees. The service was very slow and it was difficult to get the attention of the servers. The cocktail tasted strange and was lukewarm. Aside from the chili chicken, which was mostly good, all of the food had an unpleasant taste. Even the papadum was overpowering, and the basmati rice had a taste that was almost like mold or heavily chlorinated water. The flavors were unbalanced, lacking salt, tang, or being too sweet. It's possible that the dishes were prepared to suit regional or more Americanized tastes, but I found them to be off or even spoiled. The staff did accommodate my seating request and were fairly friendly, but it seemed they prioritized takeout orders over in-house patrons. It was a very unfortunate experience. Proceed with caution if booking a table here."
