"Staying in the hotel my kiddo and I needed an easy dinner, and this was perfect. Great cocktails, delicious food. We had a carrot salad (full of all kinds of yummy, fresh ingredients) and a margherita pizza (tasty thin crust, high quality sauce and cheese, and perfectly cooked) and they were both excellent. Truly pleasantly surprised with the high quality of the food! The service was friendly and efficient — couldn’t ask for a better experience in a hotel lobby bar. I’d go out of my way to have that pizza again.Kid-friendliness: Pizzas are perfect size for one or two kids to share!"

"I work at Best Western Plus Hotel and Conference Center on O’Donnell street. This is the ONLY pizza place that we trust and use. She guests ask us for me yes to nearby pizza shop places….this is the one we give them. When we run out we call them to get more. Every guest who orders from here LOVES the food and continues to order from Eastern Pizza every time they come. I always get chicken tenders and fries for myself and must say that the chicken is the juiciest and best tasting tenders that I’ve ever gotten from any location…and their fries are great. Ugh. They are cooked to perfection with the perfect amount of crisp and softness. If your reading these reviews trying to decide whether you should order from here…..then HERES YOUR SIGN! I see a lot of posts that's negative about this place,, most are from people of color ..WHY?, and for the employee to call someone a monkey is so lame and outdated,,he should be fired immediately. "Celebrated a birthday dinner here before seeing a show on Broadway and really enjoyed it. We did the three course pre-theater menu, and both the food and service were excellent. I appreciated the care that the staff took in recognizing a special occasion. The steak tartare and rabbit cavatelli appetizers were both delicious, I would compare the cavatelli to more of a rich mac and cheese, there wasn’t much actual meat in it but it was very good. The scallops were perfectly cooked in an incredible broth, and the duck was very good as well. Would definitely recommend."

"I have eaten here before and was satisfied, perhaps I thought it was a little expensive. I stopped by the other day and tried the buffet. I had a small piece of cod in a miso glaze sauce that was freaking Dynamite. I also tried a small piece of soul or flounder franchise and it was delicious. Had some bock Choy and a few pieces of sesame chicken. I was absolutely amazed with the quality of the fish and the flavors of the food. It's completely obvious the food was made by a professional chef and not some deli guy. It was as good as any expensive restaurant that i have had. Actually excited to go back on Monday."
