"that is not a complaint about ruggeri. this is a complaint about open table that allowed us to book a reservation in a restaurant that seems closed for buildings. when we came to the restaurant and found that it was closed, open table did not let me cancel the reservation and book something else. it always told me to call the restaurant I tried, but they don't accept calls. open table please make sure that the restaurants on their website are actually in operation! and if not, allow the customers to cancel and book their reservations!"
