"Good place we order every time lamb hacks as our favorite. Remember to mention how well done, otherwise you will be cooked with half. Other things, okay, you can bang. "Have ordered take-out and delivery from Star India on a couple of occasions and each time the food was great. I unfortunately had a bad experience with the service the *one* time I dined in at Star India.After receiving our check, my group and I noticed that we were accidentally charged for one extra item that we did not order. We made our waiter aware of this, but he insisted we got two. We attempted to clarify the situation, but they continued to refuse to adjust our check. The waiter eventually brought us his personal cell phone and told us that the manager wanted to speak with us. This was extremely aggressive and made our entire group feel very uncomfortable. After being forced to speak to the manager , we were able to get the item removed from our check, but it should not have resorted to that.I will not be dining at Star India anymore."

"Gave a catering order from Mangoes. Despite saying the number of people, the Biryani/appetizers given as part of catering order was abysmal (very bad) in quantity. Had to go rush get biryani and appetizers in middle of party from some where else. Been a long time customer of this place and overall been a disappointing catering order. Guests weren't happy either. Other items were also qty wise not so great... biryani was a messed up in terms of qty. When asked about same...they were really casual about it being a regular in terms of qty"

"Sorry to say guys end of the it’s food but not enjoy able we order dhai balle was dry I guess need more moisture then thought order chap which is my favourite can eat with naan but it’s come with dry leaves of salad and chip not impressed at all then requested for butter naan they forget to rub butter on naan thought order something out of menu which is Dhaal makhni with rice choose to have rice with it as was optional. Was just close to warm rice and Dhaal my grandmother died in age of 88 died in 2019 she can cook better then that food.."

"I recently tried Indian cuisine for the first time and I was thrilled with my experience. The food was full of flavor, not overly spicy, and the meat was perfectly cooked and tender. I particularly enjoyed the appetizer I ordered and the presentation of the dishes was modern and impressive. I highly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to come back! "I ordered over the phone and picked up my food 45 minutes later. My order was wrong and had to wait almost 20 minutes for the rest of my food. There was absolutely no one eating there. I should've been in and out. Also the food is over priced. I wish the guy at the register would've told me how long it was going to take. I would've pd for parking or moved my truck. I got a $54 ticket. I know it's not their fault but it's the last straw and I won't be returning."

"Overall: The food and atmosphere here is absolutely wonderful. I ordered takeout but waited inside until it was ready. The staff were so very friendly and it was very welcoming. The food was exceptional- solid portions, really tasty and well-spice, and lots of extras that enhance the overall experience. It’s off the beaten path in Teele Sq. but would make a nice dinner spot for anyone in Cambridge or Somerville. Definitely a restaurant worth supporting."

"Beautiful hidden gem near Pike Place Market. The food was excellent and perfectly cooked, and the price was amazingly low compared to nearby restaurants. We ordered Momos, Curry and Naan. The Momos we are fresh and tasty, the curry was tasteful, Amd the Naan was fresh from the Tandoory. Just warn is for a lower spice level than you are used. We like spicy food, but even spice level 3 was something too spicy. If we're ever back in Seattle, we'll definitely be back for more delicious food."
