"Just blocks away from Capital Hill is a small Turkish/Mediterranean gem called Cafe 8 . Though the restaurant was a bit crowded when we arrived, they quickly made room for a party of 8. We not only enjoyed the deliciously seasoned food, strong drinks hookah but staff, the vibes, and the music made our time even more enjoyable.
