Finally, a great burger spot in Harlem! For those seeking a trendy, artisanal burger experience, Harlem Burger Co is the place to go. I placed our order in the restaurant and everything was made fresh. The order only took ten minutes and the food remained hot even after a ten-minute walk home. I recommend dining in the restaurant for the best experience straight from the kitchen. We tried a few variations of the company burger, all of which were perfectly cooked to medium. The burgers came served on a Kaiser bun, my personal favorite, and were accompanied by fresh salad and tasty accouterments. The bacon blue mac n cheese was delicious and made with bowtie pasta, while the rosemary fries were perfectly seasoned. I will definitely be back for another burger soon. We also ordered the chili cheese n jalapeno fries just for fun, and they were equally delicious, almost like a meal on their own. The restaurant is child-friendly and the staff was attentive and friendly. I can't wait to return and sample some of the other creative menu items."
