As a result, we were compelled to seek medical attention for our youngest as he wasn't keeping fluids down. The total bill for our meal, excluding gratuity, amounted to $150. In addition to the financial loss, we also incurred significant inconvenience, as both my spouse and I had to miss work and our children had to miss school. We brought this matter to the attention of the manager, who initially expressed regret and promised to rectify the situation by issuing a credit. However, upon further discussion, she informed us that the owner declined to authorize any form of compensation. The manager then suggested that we file a claim with their insurance company, implying that we lacked adequate insurance coverage. This suggestion was not only insensitive but also irrelevant, as we do have insurance. I expressed my confusion and disappointment regarding the conflicting information provided by the manager and emphasized the distress caused by this situation. It is disheartening that your establishment handles customer grievances in such a manner, especially when the issue stems from a clear oversight on your part. Do not recommend."
