"Usually, this restaurant is a great place to visit. However, our experience this past Sunday was quite odd. The waiter, who seemed to be the manager, appeared to be upset and was impatient when taking our orders. He even slammed the menus down on the table. It was a strange experience. This incident has made us reconsider where we choose to dine in the future. Despite the busy lunch rush, rudeness is never acceptable."
