"The food is great and our original issue was totally our own fault (or DoorDash's) but I am completely turned off by the manager's unwillingness to help, extremely stand-offish attitude, and their inability to call us back as they said they would, resulting in us not knowing if we should eat the pizza in question or not. They would rather lose a customer that lives 2 blocks away than lose $3 on half-pizzas worth of bacon and sausage. I've been ordering from Drakes since we moved in but now that I've heard how deflective their management gets over individual toppings on our first actual phone call to the restaurant, i think I'm done."
