"Long story short, they stole my money. I ordered a while from the islands. Last week I placed an order on their website for a delivery. After 2 hours without update, I called the story again without answer. I checked that the order had gone through and I had a confirmation email, as well as a credit card transaction for the order. I called again the next day and they informed me that they had closed earlier at night, so I am not sure why they would accept my order. I asked about the credit card fee and after consulting with the manager was told me only dispute about the fee. I immediately came to my credit card company that could not deny the charge because it was not a fraudulent charge, and I had no documentation to support me, not received the article/service. So I called back the restaurant several times. I asked for a refund, I asked to talk to a manager, I left numerous voicemails last week. I have not only received a refund, I did not even get a call back to solve the situation and have not been able to talk to a manager in the 10 times my call has been answered."
