"Order wasn 't fully complete when I arrived. It was missing two items. I was asked to wait an additional amount of time, which sure...stuff happens. However, about 5 minutes later my order comes out, but includes an item I didn 't order, crunchy noodles. The crunchy noodles on the menu are an additional 50 cents. I made the descision to not order them, as I typically don 't eat them even when included with the soup. I was told the noodles came with the soup. When I asked for clarification, that indeed it was an upcharge, the man working explained that most people don 't realize they charge for the noodles and are upset when they don 't get them, so they just put them in. I confirmed an additional time that I was charged for the noodles I specifically didn 't want or order. He responded with fine. If you dont want them, give them to me and I will give you 50 cents. Keep in mind I already paid tip which was paid before I saw they charged me for an item I didn 't order. In the end, I had to ask to get all the items I ordered added to my pickup, and then they snuck in an item I never ordered and charged me for it. The food is just ok, it isn 't the best at all, but also not the worst I have had. I would however highly recommend other restaurants in the Charlottesville area yo get your Chinese food orders. Especially as they are less likely to sneak in charges for unwanted items."
