"the first and second time I came to order was wrong. my articles were either gone, even though I was charged for them, or they were falsely excited, which led to higher fees. I contacted the customer service via the franchise owner. they apologised and offered me a voucher for free eating and sending a gift card. You can't go in. they have to get the running gear thru or a window where they bring them their order. there are only 1 signs outside, not in the view of the parking lot, that tells them that."

"Bad service. They forgot my sandwich at the drive thru. When I called they told me they cannot find my order in their system. And twice I was told call back in 10 min. I live 4 miles from there and do not want to drive back. This order cost me $19.78, it included 1 #2 and 1 #5 Whopper Jr meal w/cheesy tots instead of fries and a Hershey pie."

"Standard Jack in the box. Once in 2020 I had the breakfast platter and the pancakes were like stones. Since then I haven't had any issues with food quality so I assume it was a fluke. When I order through the app or use EBT they are very stingy with sauce. My daughter loves sauce for her fries and they only put one in. I then have to ask for a receipt but they threw it away so I have to weight for someone to come over and help reprint it. This has happened several times, however, if I pay using debit or cash it's completely different, no issue getting a receipt and I get handfuls of sauce."

"Due to competition and low publicity, this restaurant seems to be dead. I do not recommend it. I went today at 6:20 and they did not have a cone or anything to cover the drive-through as they usually do. I waited at least 10 minutes at the window and no one showed up, even after honking and knocking on the window. Finally, someone came and rudely told me they were closed. When I suggested they set up the cone, the manager or whoever it was, rudely replied that they didn't have one. This place used to be amazing a few years back, but now it is a complete disaster due to lazy and rude employees. I would not even recommend it to my worst enemy. Complete waste of time."

"Despite Jack in the Box not being the powerhouse it once was—struggling financially and not providing the best treatment for its employees—the staff consistently delivers fresh and properly prepared food. In fact, I've only had an order mistake once, and my burgers and modifications are always correct. The food is consistently hot and fresh. We hadn't visited Jack in the Box in years, but in the past few months, we've been there several times due to the quality of the food. It has become a regular spot for us as long as it stays in business, and we actually prefer it over other fast food chains, including McDonald’s and even some higher-end options like Whataburger. We’ve also tried several locations, and the quality remains consistent. Whether there’s one person or three working, they manage to provide better food and service than places that have 10-15 staff members."
