"I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times, but today I was highly disappointed. Not only was I dissatisfied with my order, but also with the owner's response to my concerns. I ordered a half pan of macaroni and cheese and a half pan of potato salad. However, I received a full half pan of potato salad for $45 and less than half a pan of macaroni and cheese for $50, which looked dried up. I took a picture, called the restaurant, and asked to speak to the owner, who I had previously spoken highly of as a young black entrepreneur with what seemed like a successful business. He confirmed that he was the owner and I explained my issue with the order. I told him that I received less than half of a half pan of macaroni and cheese. He asked if I had ordered the large pan or the half pan, to which I confirmed I ordered the half pan. He then told me that was correct. I questioned if it was normal to fill the half pan with just half of the macaroni and cheese (as it was clearly less than half the pan), and he again confirmed that it was the correct amount. Meanwhile, the half pan of potato salad I received was a full half pan. I expressed that the quality of the macaroni and cheese was not worth $50 and that I would not be ordering it again. His response was simply, "That's fine." This lack of concern for customer satisfaction was disappointing, especially since I had used this restaurant for my granddaughter's sweet 16 and ordered food frequently from them. It's a shame."
