"This is review is not directed towards this location specifically, but I've been to several Jack in the Boxes over the past few weeks (I'm on the road for work a lot) and everyone has been out of ranch, Frank's Red Hot Sauce, etc. What sauces are available determine what menu items I may order. It's very disappointing that I only discover this after placing my order and get to the window to get my food. Today, I'm sitting in the parking lot and have an order of curly fries that I'm probably going to toss because I don't like them without ranch dip. Had I known this ahead of time, I could have modified my order.I realize that shortages happen, but it would be very helpful if there were someway to let your customers know what you are out of prior to them placing their order. Either via a sign, or by having the order taker saying something before taking the order. I'm tired of paying for food that I will either just throw out, or simply don't enjoy because of a basic lack of communication."
