"Ian and I stayed overnight in Muskogee, and this morning we didn't like to see the breakfast Hamptons, so we met Hornbacks as it was very close. Ian got sausage, egg and cheese biscuits and hash brown. He liked everything, but his only complaint was that the cookie was so crooked that it needed a structural integrity field to keep it together. I had two eggs over light, ham (and it was a huge piece of ham!, grits, and cookies and gravy. The eggs were good, the ham excellent, I think, smoked, and very tasty. I liked the engraving especially. The cookie was a little crumbling, but went well with the severity."
