"This Kabuki, as well as the other one that I have gone to in Valencia, is a good place to get decent quality sushi and other Japanese food for a very good price. The fish is always very fresh, iand is of decent-to-good quality (though never excellent). They have two different combo dinners that are great deals. For about $20, you get 9 assorted pieces of sushi, a California or Spicy Tuna roll, Miso soup, and Edamame. For lunch you can get the same deal for $14, but just with 7 pieces of sushi instead of 9. I’m a bit of a sushi elitist, but this is a place that I’m always happy to go to to get some decent sushi at very good prices with my casual sushi-eating friends. Also, the few non-sushi dishes that I’’ve had here, like the spicy seafood udon pasta, were very tasty. They also have an excellent happy hour with $2 beers and $3 sushi and rolls."
