"The experience was pleasant, but they didn’t flip the Blizzards upside down as they’re supposed to. I think I was supposed to receive a free Blizzard or a discount, but that didn’t happen. It would be great if the staff had a better attitude; if they’re not interested in doing their job, they shouldn’t come in. It’s really that simple."
