"This Dairy Queen never disappoints! Last night after a stressful day, my fiancé and I went to Dairy Queen at 21:28. We moved to notice that the menu light was out and everything was probably already switched off. The nicest employee, Big Sammy, saw how we went through the ride when we were asked if they were closed. Sammy replied that he would like to help us even if the hard work team had already cleaned all their machines. It was incredibly nice of Sammy to go the extra mile for us, especially if they were already closed. Thank you for this little act of kindness Sammy! You don't know how much it meant to us"

Amazing interaction between employees. Great attention to detail and the result of customer satisfaction with Dine at guests. "oh my god I forgot how good ice cream can be. This was my first time coming back to a dairy queen after 15 years and I complete forgotten how good ice cream can be. I was welcomed with a very clean establishment with even nicer staff. I had complete forgotten the menu and what was on it but the staff was very welcoming and helped me which what each thing was. I ordered an Oreo blizzard and an orange julius (the classics) any my oh my were they great. It was a blast from the past having both of these wonderful items and I could not get more of them. My sons birthday is also coming up so I ordered an Oreo cake for him and once again Dairy Queen staff was super helpful with the entire order. Overall a 15/10 for me with great ice cream, great staff, and a clean store!!!!!!"

"The only reason I even went to this place was that the store was not selling milk shakes next to them. I'm going to the other Guy's shop next to them for their freshly cut pommes and banana shakes. Since they don't sell shakes, I came to Dairy Queen to get a banana shake and because I have so much luck with these places today, they tell me they don't have bananas. Smh, what a day. I got a caramel shake and it was delicious. The manager Diane was very attentive to my concerns and I noticed that her interaction with the other customers was also positive. It was completely unexpected, ingenious and not seen by me in any other Dairy Queen."
