"Today we placed a pick-up order at this restaurant. They informed us that it would take 45 minutes, so we arrived on time. When we got there, they said they didn't have our order ready and would make it now. We had requested a grandma pie and a regular personal pie, but they gave us one large grandma pie and one small grandma pie instead. When we brought this to the cashier's attention, their attitude became unpleasant. We asked for them to correct the mistake and prepare the items we originally ordered, as they were the ones at fault."
