"I could eat some version of pizza literally everyday but the most we order is once or twice a week! We decided to try Papa Murphys tonight which I had not had since moving here from another city. Most of the time pizza we pick up is cooled off, which cannot be helped of course, by the time we get home. I like pizza hot, and I had forgotten this huge selling point for Papa Murphys! "Overcharged...Ordered a large pizza for $13, signs specified family size is $3 more. Was charged $18 and asked why not $16...per the signage. Pretty basic math. Two young girls working there had no answer other than to come back and talk to the manager the following day. Told that’s the way the register rang it up. Not sure why they are not empowered enough to process a refund for $2 or take down the signs/advertising that reflect an inaccurate price."

I went to this location when it was brand new, A lady who said she was the owner asked what I wanted, I paused for a second, looked at the menu board, when all of a sudden the lady snapped at me, HURRY UP!!!! Funny to look at all these google review complaints years later and see this place still lacks any customer service skills."

"Usually always enjoy a pizza from here, even though they are a bit skimpy on toppings, measuring everything out and skimping on the sauce even when I ask for extra. "Please never close down this place! These are the best pizzas ever! Ingredients are so amazingly fresh. I got the stuffed pizza today the prices are great! On Tuesdays any pizza no matter the size and toppings are only $10.00. Stuff and pan not included. You just bring home and bake guaranteeing you a delicious and hot pizza. So worth the drive to purchase one of these pizzas. The young people working are also so delightful, refreshing and professional. Keep up the awesome work."

"Ordered a pizza on line. It was to be ready at 1. I got there at 1:40 it was setting out on a rack, not in the refrigerator. Didn't know I had to be there right at 1. I ask them if I hadn't shown up till 4 would they leave it out. They said yes. It was 2 young girls I guess no one told them you don't leave food out for hours. Then they got snotty argued with me. I left. They were yelling at me as I walked out the door! Unbelievable."
