"pizza service ever worst. I ordered 2 large pizzas for the take-out, they told me it would take 15-20min. after 15min I changed my mind and asked her to deliver it instead. they told me it would take 25-30min to deliver it (even if I only live 5min away) I said okay. because I understand that they have to deliver other orders. 45min have passed, then I called back to ask if my order was gone. obviously they have “ wait on the drive to return “. I said, okay. 10min later. I get a call back and asked if I delivered my pizza!? at this time I am frustrated. I spoke to the responsible consignor she promised that the pizza was still hot and fresh. when they finally delivered it was not cold! and dry! so if they plan to order either 1: order before the time or 2: simply choose their order. worst experience ever! P.S I'm not one to post bad reviews, but that's how bad my experience was!"
