"After receiving our appetizers, it took an additional 45 minutes before our entrees arrived. It seems that the kitchen forgot to start preparing our main courses when the appetizers were served. To add to the confusion, we were unexpectedly asked about dessert options only 30 minutes into our wait. Surprisingly, no one from the kitchen acknowledged the delay or offered any compensation for the inconvenience, such as a complimentary drink. In the end, our dinner took 2 hours to complete when it should have been done in just 1 hour and 15 minutes."
