"The food generally tastes good, but there is an ongoing issue with food being served on cold plates. I raised issue with a manager several months ago, who responded by saying 'Yes, but the food is warm. I returned today, to see if there was any change. Plate was stone cold and my meal was warm for a mere 30 seconds."
