"I dine here every three months with a client who likes Sceletta. I find the food and service is solid but nothing great. He happens to like it a lot. On this occasion, they offered a special restaurant week menu. My client, who dines her a few times a month, asked if they would substitute and allow a Caesar salad which they would not since he ordered off the prize fixed menu. We asked the manager to come over and she explained that if she did it for him she would have to do it for everyone. This was a Monday night and there was one or two other tables at 5:45 pm and the rest of the restaurant was empty. My seafood pasta entree was $42 and very average. Caesar salad was $16. For those prices I would expect incredible food and a willingness to accommodate a simple substitution request. Overall, a decent restaurant but would not be in my personal top choices. That said, my client always enjoys it here and although he left a bit annoyed at the lack of flexibility, he did enjoy his meal. And in my book, the client is all that matters...."
