"This would be 3 stars if it wasn't so expensive. I've had Tiffin at other locations a few times over the past 7 years and it was always decent, so when my usual Indian places were closed last night and I was craving it, I felt safe ordering from Tiffin even though their prices were a bit on the high side. We got lamb chettinad, chicken tikka masala, and garlic naan. The naan was great. The entrées were unfortunately sickeningly sweet pools of sauce with a few chunks of meat thrown in. The meat was just ok. But the sauce lacked any complexity and to label it as subpar because it is inauthentic isn't quite the problem. I've enjoyed the Indian food from takeout/cafeteria spots like the one in Liberry Place more than this. I dont know if it is just this location, or what is going on. But this is just lazy and borderline tough to eat due to the sweetness. I just can't believe I paid $20 for the lamb. Please don't make my mistake, and if you haven't tried any other Indian places but this and like it, you're in for a treat once you start looking around!"
