"I was unsure of what to expect when I walked into Sol y Luna, as I had driven by the day before and decided to come in without knowing much about the menu. My mom and I were seated quickly and checked out the menu. She chose the chicken burrito and I took some time but eventually decided on the tacos with all beans. Our waitress arrived and took our orders. I decided to start with some guacamole, which was delicious! It was very smooth and the perfect thickness, complementing the tacos and beans well. I tried the el pastor taco and a fried avocado taco. The el pastor was flavorful and delicious, with the pineapple adding a nice touch. However, the fried avocado taco was not to my liking as the batter overwhelmed the taste of the avocado. The beans were hearty and flavorful, and I enjoyed the side of mixed tomatoes and onions that came with the tacos. I deducted one star for the greeter, who was not very welcoming. However, our waitresses made up for this by informing us upfront that they were short-staffed, resulting in a delay in service. Despite this, the service was quicker than we expected and we enjoyed our meal overall."
