"We were excited about trying this restaurant based on the reviews and enjoying the weather on the patio, but will not be going back. The overall experience was bad from beginning to end. Unfortunately, there was only one server for the entire restaurant which meant we waited 20 minutes to even put in our drink order and an hour for our appetizer. Once the food arrived, it was fine. The cacio e pepe pizza is really just cheese pizza with pepper sprinkled on top. The lemon poppy pasta was good, but somehow diminished when you have to wait an hour and a half for it. The pours on the wine were miniscule would you like some wine with that glass and the speciality cocktails were nothing special. Finally, the ambiance was completely lackluster. How hard is it to throw a candle or a little vase on a table? We felt bad for our waitress given the circumstances, but shame on the restaurant for putting her and all the patrons in that position without an acknowledgement of the situation. We overpaid for a bad experience."

"Best Pasta Evaaaaaa!First of all, thanks to the reservation’s team for giving us a nice spot according to our request.Scott was amazing, he explained all the menu options with great recommendations about food itself and the portion sizes. Very friendly, definitely one of the best servers we ever had.We ordered Charcuterie board and it was great. Our main course was Traditional Rigatoni Bolognese and it was the best pasta I ever had, no question. It was so good. A must if you are a pasta person, it’s not about the cheese, it’s all about the sauce hahaWe were stuffed by that time but Scott recommended Cinnamon bun and I am not even a big cinnamon bun guy, but oh boy, was that good, just so warm and good.Perfection."

"The place is very fancy and expensive for an occasional special date night. Loved their drinks, great flavours and collection of wine too. The beets salad was really good. We also got a spaghetti which was pretty basic but the chicken with potatoes were good. They got us an amazing chocolate cake with raspberry filled in the middle and decorated with a message. The servers were very helpful. Go there only if you have a special event to celebrate."

"Be careful not to order too much food and add up the cost. The server said the dishes are tapas style so we ordered dishes total for people; appetizers, from the middle section of the menu which was pork belly and one from the main course wish was the fried snapper. The dishes ARE NOT tapas style. They are pretty large and heavy so by the time the snapper was brought we couldn’t eat much and it was pretty much wasted. The drinks were so so as other reviewers said. My favorite was ceviche and pork belly. Our server was very nice and classy. All and all with the high cost and quality it’s a place that I wouldn’t go back after trying it once"

"Our second visit to 15 and Weinstock was a letdown. Although the food was excellent, we had a disappointing experience overall. Our first visit was outstanding, but this time, we waited an hour for our food despite the restaurant being half empty. The service was incredibly slow and the waiter didn't check on our table until just before dinner was served. Management attempted to make amends by offering complimentary chips and guacamole, but it arrived after our meals. Additionally, a group of patrons watching the World Cup were loudly cheering, which was out of place for a quiet brunch spot. Management did not address this behavior. The brunch menu had also been significantly reduced. While the food remained delicious, the overall experience was unpleasant."
