"Go out of your way to visit this sweet little slice of the French sky. And please talk to Dominque, the owner, of you. She has the best energy and loves what she does. The crepes are the best I ever had in the USA. We live in VERMONT and often go to Montreal, but I have never seen anything as light, crispy and delicious as these crepes. I had the Authentique and my husband had the one w Ente prosciutto and Brie. We went on a Sunday morning and sat inside, but for the warmer months there is also a cute terrace back.
